Jer, naravno, ako je problem u nedostatku regulative, nema druge da regulativu stvorimo i/ili pooštrimo.

I, prema onome što čitam/slušam (npr. Fiscal Crisis of 2008 [pdf] ili Kling on Freddie and Fannie... [mp3]), većina ekonomista se više-manje slaže s ovim odgovorom.
PS. Objašnjenje iz navedenih linkova nije argument da nikakve regulative ne treba biti, nego da je ova regulativa kakva je bila dovela do krize.
